Seven NetRaising Clients Make the Oregon Top 100
NetRaising would like to congratulate our local clients selected as some of the top 100 nonprofits to work for in Oregon.
Nearly 5,000 nonprofit employees from Oregon participated in the second annual 100 Best Nonprofits to Work For in Oregon Survey, and seven of our local clients made the list!

I doubt there’s much good work that isn’t the product of many talented people (the artist’s teachers, editors, heroes ...). For me, there’s (for one) Kurt Deutscher, who is the man backstage at NetRaising; he’s the Internet guru who makes this website possible. Like me, he prefers to work with nonprofits, and is responsible for creating the web presence of the Oregon Make a Wish Foundation, Sisters of the Road, and many more agencies that have as their mission the creation of a better community, a better world.
I thank him.

Kurt hosts the email and website for one of my clients. He has proved to be an invaluable resource.
When I’ve contacted him about an email problem, he has invariably helped me pinpoint the root of the problem and create a solution.
For example, because he’s familiar with the code for Horde webmail, he was able to tell me that a staff person’s new password wouldn’t work because it contained a character reserved for a specific function in the code.
Another time he helped me get the client off an ISP’s spam list after a staff person set up their work email to forward to a home email account; then he recommended a way to achieve the same end result without causing problems.
He is always responsive and courteous. He always makes time to give the issue his full consideration and he listens carefully to my questions. Not only is Kurt a pleasure to work with but I learn useful tips and background information every time I talk with him.
He’s my ace in the hole for email issues!
