Portland Women's Crisis Line - Portland Oregon

Working to fulfill its mission of “ending domestic and sexual violence by providing confidential support services and education to empower our community,” the Portland Women’s Crisis Line (PWCL) operates a comprehensive 24/7 crisis line and sexual assault advocacy program.  The crisis line provides peer support, safety planning, crisis intervention, access to translators, and information and referrals to a wide range of community services, while the Sexual Assault Program provides specialized services to survivors of sexual assault.
