Quadriplegics United Against Dependency, Inc. - QUAD Inc.- offers a unique independent living option for low-income adults with severe physical disabilities.  Affordable, accessible apartments and self-directed, shared attendant care is featured at four buildings throughout metro Portland, Oregon.

Designed for and with the input of people who count on a wheelchair for mobility, these desirable apartments and services provide for a highly functional, accessible home living environment where residents take charge of their own personal care needs.

Studio, one and two-bedroom apartments feature full accessibility with open floor plans, roll-under counters, appliances and sinks and roll-in showers. Community rooms, outdoor living areas, emergency assistance, advanced fire and life safety systems offer great liveability and a high level of safety and security.
