KS&A is the nation’s oldest and largest non-profit organization serving individuals and families affected by an uncommon number of X and/or Y chromosomes, including 47,XXY, Klinefelter syndrome, Trisomy X, 47,XYY, mosaicism and other associated conditions.

This site has a number of features including a dynamic glossary for medical terms, a listing service for service providers, zip-code proximity search, search-term highlighting and dynamic forms.
