Jessica C.J. Clere Foundation for Ovarian Cancer Research - Portland Oregon

Jessica’s hope was founded by the five children of Jessica C. J. Clere. Our goal is to make every person aware of the symptoms, available treatments and research for Ovarian Cancer. We have partnered with various vendors to sell their products through our website. Each vendor donates a portion of their proceeds back to the foundation.  100% of all funds collected will be donated to research being conducted at Georgia Tech. Georgia Tech is currently trying to find a Tumor Marker or Test for early detection.

Ovarian cancer is usually detected in late stages and therefore the survival rate is low. At Jessica’s Hope we believe the first step is to find an accurate test that becomes as common as a Mammogram to find the cancer early. The survival rate with early detection in Ovarian Cancer is 85%.

Launch: October 2007
