While we do endorse products and services we have had good experiences with, we freely pursue additional high quality solutions that provide the features you seek for your organization. We specialize in solutions built on a foundation of open source code. This allows us to build high functioning web systems without incurring excessive software licensing fees. We pass this savings directly on to you.

No special software is required for your computer. You will be able to administer your new site from any Internet-connected computer running a contemporary browser. Work from home, the office or a cyber café while enjoying the same professional presentation of your site’s content.

Your new website will be built using a contemporary web-based Content Management System (CMS). This type of website allows you to take control of your site’s content with the ability to publish directly to your site from your computer desktop. Plus, most of our clients are able to begin publishing and editing their new websites with 2 to 4 hours of training.

Prepare web content in your favorite word processing software, then simply cut and paste it into your website. Photos can be uploaded to your site with the click of a button and text will automatically wrap around them.

Your new website uses Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) to manage content formatting so your site will always look professional. Your text will always show up in the right fonts, in the right colors and look professionally formatted, maintaining the graphic integrity of your site’s design regardless of who published the content. 

The web is evolving, and so is your new website. We perform system and software enhancements to keep your website functional with evolving technology. When software and security enhancements become available, we will upgrade your website for you. In the unlikely event there are ever problems with your software, we work with the software developers to get the issues resolved as soon as possible.

We truly believe you have better things to attend to at your organization than the technical aspects of your website. We take care of your website so you can focus on your mission.

Features are included in your monthly web investment. All we ask is that you give us a few weeks notice for time-sensitive features like custom event registrations so we have time to sufficiently set up and test them before you start using them for mission-critical data. We have working examples of almost all these features for you to demo if you like.

• donation management software (we are on the lookout for really good donor management software that will work in concert with a php-based dynamic website; we just haven’t found it yet. We do integrate other donation service provider’s buttons, forms and links into your site)
• constituent relationship management systems (CRMs) (we know that many organizations could use this, and as soon as we find a solution that works for us and our clients, we will make it available)
• your organization’s communication hardware, software or (ISP) Internet Service Provider (how you connect to the internet)
• Flash and other website formats that create accessibility barriers
