Web Solutions for Education

Offering website solutions for schools and school districts that give staff members direct publishing access to your site.

NetRaising was created by a former public school educator who worked with thousands of students and families during his career in education.

San José Unified School District - San Jose California

We recognize the important contribution you are making in the lives of the students, families and community you serve and we are ready to take an active role in your future success.

We understand that every classroom, every school and every educational community is different, and we work to create just the right mix of software, training and support to meet the needs of our educational clients.

NetRaising is proud to be supporting one of California’s largest urban school districts this year. San José Unified School District serves about 32,000 students, and we’ve been working with it to improve the tools and methods it has to communicate on the web.

We’ve developed a CMS solution for SJUSD based on ExpressionEngine that can support all 40-plus of the District’s websites, including several websites within its Intranet.

We’re excited to see several of the District’s schools get their very first websites. Other schools that already had websites are now able to give their teachers direct publishing access to mini teacher-focused websites within each school. We’re also making it possible for several of the schools to publish bilingual content to their sites.

If you can imagine the power of giving nearly 2,000 teachers their own websites, you’ve got some idea of the scope of this project. We started planning this project during 2006 and have now launched over a dozen of the sites with new ones going up every month. This fall we’ll be training all those teachers on the new web software and this project will really begin to take off.

You can find links to many of the launched websites we’re creating for SJUSD and other schools in our portfolio under the education section.

If you are looking for a better way for your school, or your whole District, to communicate on the web, we would love to talk with you about the possibilities.
