You were my first introduction to the world of design and development. I’m so grateful for that because you showed me how possible it is to take something stressful, scary, complex, and technical and make it accessible, manageable, approachable, and achievable for people - all while being a respectful and kind (and patient) person!
That experience has stuck with me. I kid you not when I say that it was one of the things that motivated me to start my own freelance design business 4 years ago, despite alllllll the reservations and fear and uncertainty and self-doubt.
I knew there was a place in this industry for someone who was as knowledgeable as they were patient - who saw clients as partners, not as a necessary evil.
