I’m so grateful for that because you showed me how possible it is to take something stressful, scary, complex, and technical and make it accessible, manageable, approachable, and achievable for people - all while being a respectful and kind (and patient) person!
That experience has stuck with me. I kid you not when I say that it was one of the things that motivated me to start my own freelance design business 4 years ago, despite alllllll the reservations and fear and uncertainty and self-doubt.
