2014 Annual Benefit Report

NetRaising supported approximately 200 websites for nonprofits and schools during 2014. The business continues to be financially profitable. We made strategic investments in new office furnishings, computers, data backup and security systems for our new offices. After a decade of working remotely, we now have dedicated space for meetings, collaborating, training and community building.

Social Benefit

Financial Sustainability

Client Retention:
- 87% of website projects were for existing clients

New Client Development:
- 6 clients were new to us in 2014

Debt/Investors:
- 0 (zero) unsecured debt balance carried beyond any 30-day period
- office building is rented from NetRaising’s founder/owner who has a low interest fixed-rate mortgage on the property

Revenue:
- 8% increase in gross revenue
- 3% increase in net revenue
- 10% increase in pre-contracted services
- 80% of revenue came from pre-contracted services

Expenses:
- 56% of net revenue went to owners
- 44% of net revenue went to associates and expenses
