2023 Annual Benefit Report

NetRaising had a socially beneficial year in 2023 making key investments in people and marketing to encourage a stronger financial position in the future. All clients received software and security upgrades and many client properties received feature and design updates. One employee transitioned to a part-time contract role and a new full-time employee was hired to replace them in a consulting position. An external consultant was hired to interview a third of NetRaising’s clients who participate in the Advantage Program, to get honest feedback about NetRaising’s team and services.

- 100% of our team operated from virtually-connected home offices
- 0 miles of commuting by bike or walking

- 0 miles of work-related air travel
- 2 reams of printer paper were purchased for our nearly paperless office
- 100% leased host servers are in a Greenhouse Gas Neutral Data Center

Financial Sustainability

Client Retention:
- 92% of this year’s completed projects were for existing clients
- 8.5 years = average length of client loyalty

New Client Acquisition:
- 2 clients were new to us during 2023

Debt/Investors:
- 0 (zero) unsecured debt balance carried beyond any 30-day period

Revenue:
- 2% decrease in gross revenue
- 0 net revenue (no profit and no loss)
- 1% increase in pre-contracted services
- 89% of revenue came from pre-contracted services

Expenses:
- 0% of revenue went to the owner as compensation
- 100% of revenue went to employees, associates, and operational expenses
