2020 Annual Benefit Report
NetRaising had a stable year in 2020 despite the global pandemic. It did not require nor accept any government or privately funded loans or grants. All employees retained their full-time employment and NetRaising initiated an increase in base compensation for all employees that exceeds Washington State’s new standards for salaried employees. There were no changes in personnel and the business continues to be both socially and financially profitable. NetRaising also identified a newly available leasing opportunity that will allow it to migrate all of its client hosting into a greenhouse-gas-neutral datacenter in 2021 and recertified to remain a Certified B Corporation.
