2022 Annual Benefit Report
NetRaising had a stable year in 2022 despite the higher-than-normal inflation. All employees retained their full-time employment and NetRaising fulfilled an increase in base compensation for all employees that exceeds Washington State’s new standards for salaried employees. There were no changes in personnel and the business continues to be both socially and financially profitable.

- 2 reams of printer paper were purchased for our nearly paperless office
- 0 miles of work-related air travel
- 100% leased host servers are in a Greenhouse Gas Neutral Data Center
Financial Sustainability

- 100% of this year’s completed projects were for existing clients

- 0 (zero) unsecured debt balance carried beyond any 30-day period
Revenue:
- 5% decrease in gross revenue
- 6% decrease in net revenue
- 1% increase in pre-contracted services
- 91% of revenue came from pre-contracted services
Expenses:
- 9% of revenue went to the owner as compensation
- 91% of revenue went to employees, associates, and operational expenses
