2015 Annual Benefit Report
NetRaising supported approximately 200 websites for nonprofits and schools during 2015. In January we became an Oregon Benefit Company and changed our legal name to NetRaising, LLC. The business continues to be financially profitable. We have filed paperwork to trademark the NetRaising brand and hope to see that process completed in early 2016.

Debt/Investors:
- 0 (zero) unsecured debt balance carried beyond any 30-day period
- office building is rented from NetRaising’s founder
Revenue:
- 9% increase in gross revenue
- 19% increase in net revenue
- 5% increase in pre-contracted services
- 80% of revenue came from pre-contracted services

- 61% of net revenue went to owners
- 39% of net revenue went to associates and expenses
