The Network for Oregon Affordable Housing (NOAH) strengthens communities through flexible financing, strategic partnerships, and creative solutions that expand and preserve affordable housing in Oregon.

Through the leadership of the Oregon Bankers Association, NOAH was established in 1990 as a statewide nonprofit corporation to increase the supply of affordable housing.

NOAH is a federally certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) with a 26-year history of delivering financial and programmatic solutions that enhance livability.
