MFS CASH (Creating Assets, Savings, and Hope) Oregon is an Economic Empowerment Program of Metropolitan Family Service committed to improving the financial lives of low to moderate-income working families and individuals by providing free, high-quality tax preparation and culturally responsive outreach to communities likely to face barriers to accessing tax credits.
